Our core services focus on creating a cleaner and safer district so that exploring Yerba Buena is enjoyable for all. The Services Committee, which oversees this work, is made up of business and community members to ensure that we are delivering a cleaner, safer, neighborhood in conjunction with City agencies. Our Clean Team sweeps and steam-cleans sidewalks, removes graffiti, and picks up litter. We have Community Guides that direct people to local businesses, collaborate with merchants on cleaning and safety issues, report areas that need to be cleaned and safety issues, and help those in need. The YBCBD funds an SFPD officer that patrols our district to keep us safer. We also have a Social Service Specialist who compassionately connects people living on our streets to services. Together, our teams make difference in Yerba Buena.
