The 657/667 Mission Street Project consists of two existing office buildings, a 4-story building at 667 Mission Street and a 6-story building at 657 Mission Street. The rehabilitation and revitalization of these buildings will retain and rehabilitate the buildings’ features and character while updating to modern, environmentally friendly attributes by targeting LEED Gold Core and Shell.
The project includes a voluntary seismic upgrade, base building improvements, the addition of a roof deck and new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Elevator services throughout.
The project started in May 2018 and will continue through mid 2020. The General Contractor is Skyline Construction.
